Vikrant Rona is a fantasy adventure thriller that features Kichcha Sudeep in the role of a mysterious hunter. It is directed by Anup Bhandari, best known for directing RangiTaranga (2015). The film’s cast includes Nirup Bhandari, Neetha Ashok, and Ravishankar Gowda, among others. Jacqueline Fernandez plays the role of Racquel D'Coasta / Gadang Rakkamma. Sudeep recently said that she was the first and only choice for Vikrant Rona.
Vikrant Rona has emerged as a major commercial success in Karnataka. Kichcha Sudeep, however, does not want to convert it into a franchise right now. He recently told a website that Vikrant Rona 2 will happen only if the director comes up with a good script.
