Jackie Shroff was recently scolded by his friend and actress Ayesha Jhulka at an event in Mumbai for saying that they are 'adha kabar mein'. The actor was speaking at a charity event organised by Ayesha where he donated an ambulance towards the care of dogs and other animals. During the event, Jackie interacted with the audience and encouraged them to donate to the society. During his interaction with the audience, Jackie Shroff spoke in his usual Jaggu Dada style. At one point, he even joked about his old age and how he is close to dying. Listening to this, Ayesha Jhulka smacked him on his arm. He said, "Our children should understand the concern, the care, the love and the affection. That's important. Baaki toh samjhe... apun to aadha kabar mein baithela hai (You understand that I am halfway inside my coffin)." After getting scolded and hit by Ayesha for his morbid thoughts, he then said, "Nahi nahi, 90 tak toh khinchne ka hai. Main apni baat kar raha hu yaar. (No no, I will push it to 90. I am talking about myself)."
