J&K's Palli becomes India’s first carbon neutral panchayat: PM Modi

Prime Minister Narendra Modi announced on Sunday that Jammu and Kashmir's Palli village became the country’s first carbon-neutral panchayat after the inauguration of 500 KW solar power plant.
