
Israel-Hamas ceasefire takes effect after delay

The expected ceasefire between Israel and Hamas has begun after being delayed by almost three hours when Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said it would not start unless Hamas provided a list of the three hostages set for release Sunday.
