Is it an island near the coast of Kerala? A new bean-like structure in the water near India’s west coast off Kerala has surprised many after it showed up on Google Maps. The island-like structure was, however, not spotted in the Arabian Sea, reported The News Minute, which quoted officials of Kerala University of Fisheries and Ocean Studies (KUFOS). The experts will now probe if the new phenomenon is an underwater structure that has gone unnoticed till date. The new revelation on Google Maps has baffled many, including experts, after Chellanam Karshika Tourism Development Society wrote a letter to KUFOS, reported TNM.
