
ISJK commander arrested in Jammu, says IGP

A terrorist associated with the Islamic State of Jammu and Kashmir (ISJK) was arrested by the Special Operations Group of the Jammu police from Jhajjar Kotli on Sunday.
The Special Operations Group of the Jammu police on Sunday arrested one terrorist, associated with listed terror outfit Islamic State of Jammu and Kashmir(ISJK), averting a terror strike in the Union Territory. Malik Umaid alias Abdullah, a resident of Yaripora village in south Kashmir's Kulgam, was arrested in Jhajjar Kotli on the Jammu-Srinagar national highway, Inspector General of Police, Jammu zone, Mukesh Singh said. Officials recovered one pistol, eight rounds and cash worth Rs 1,13,000 from the possession of Malik Umaid.More Related News
