iQOO Z6 Pro India launch confirmed, will be priced under Rs 25,000

The iQOO Z6 Pro will soon arrive in India. The company has confirmed this through its latest video on its official YouTube channel. However, the mid-range device won’t launch this month as the video reveals the iQOO Z6 Pro will launch in India in June this year. The teaser also confirmed that the iQOO Z6 Pro will be priced between Rs 20,000 and Rs 25,000.
The company recently launched the standard model of this device. The iQOO Z6 was the first phone from the brand in the Rs 15,000 price range. The iQOO Z6 is selling on Amazon with a starting price of Rs 15,499. The mentioned price is for the 4GB RAM model. The Pro version will also be on sale via the same e-commerce website, as per the teaser.
With the iQOO Z6 Pro, the company is planning to target gamers. The company is touting that users will get good gaming performance on this. The brand is claiming that its new phone has scored 5,50,000 points on the benchmarking platform. While iQOO didn’t reveal the name of the chipset, the leaks claim that the device will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G chip.
The Realme 9 SE and Samsung Galaxy A73 5G are also using the same chip. Though, these two are available in India at completely different price points. The Samsung phone is priced in the Rs 40,000 range, whereas the Realme one is selling for around Rs 20,000 on Flipkart. The rest of the specifications are still under wraps.
The iQOO Z6 Pro is expected to offer the typical design that we see in the Rs 20,000 price range. It could have a punch-hole display design and multiple cameras at the back. The handset is expected to offer a high refresh rate display. It may have some specs similar to the standard model. The iQOO Z6 5G comes with a 6.58-inch Full HD+ display. The panel supports 120Hz refresh rate. The device is powered by a 5,000mAh battery, which has support for 18W fast charge. The Pro version is expected to come with support for faster charging speeds.
The cheaper model has a triple rear camera setup, including a 50-megapixel primary Samsung ISOCELL JN1 camera, a 2-megapixel macro sensor, and a 2-megapixel bokeh camera. On the front, there is a 16-megapixel camera for capturing selfies. It has a 3.5mm headphone jack as well at the bottom.
