IPL 2025 Mega Auction Live Day 1: Shreyas Iyer's auction is on and he has become the most expensive players ever in IPL history. Delhi Capitals and Punjab Kings have pushed his price above Rs 26 crore. Arshdeep Singh has become the first player to be sold in IPL Auction but that too by RTM card. He has been picked by PBKS for Rs 18 crore. The auction will be held in this order: Marquee Sets, Capped Batters, All-Rounders, Wicketkeepers, Capped Bowlers. The final set on Day 1 will feature the first Uncapped Players set. The auction is being held in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. There is a high possibility that the Rs 25-crore ceiling might be broken this time. Pant, Iyer and Arshdeep are listed in the first set of marquee players that will feature on Day 1 of the auction, while the second includes Rahul, Yuzvendra Chahal, Mohammed Shami, and Mohammed Siraj.
