IPL 2022 Points Table Updates: CSK star MS Dhoni holds the Orange Cap while all-rounder Dwayne Bravo is the current Purple Cap holder after CSK lost their opening game against KKR to go bottom of the table.

Kolkata Knight Riders defeated Chennai Super Kings in the opening match of IPL 2022 by six wickets to start off on a positive note and are currently top of the points table. CSK star MS Dhoni is the Orange Cap holder while all-rounder Dwayne Bravo has the Purple Cap.

The old warhorse came up with a valiant effort with the ball in CSK's 6-wicket defeat to Kolkata Knight Riders in the IPL 2022 opener at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai.
