IPL 2022: Darwin Platform group partners with KL Rahul-led Lucknow Super Giants, sponsors team jersey

The Indian Premier League (IPL) franchise, Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) have announced a partnership with Darwin Platform Group of Companies.
With roots in Uttar Pradesh, Darwin Platform Group of Companies (DPGC)- a leading global Indian Business Conglomerate- has extended support to KL Rahul-led Lucknow Super Giants (LSG). Team members would be seen wearing Jersey with the Darwin Platform Logo during their matches. Jersey for the team members and officials of the Lucknow Super Giants has been sponsored by the DPGC.
At a function, Ajay Harinath Singh, Group Chairman, DPGC presented a jersey with the Group's branding to KL Rahul and in a thanksgiving gesture, the LSG Captain also presented a Jersey to the Group Chairman. To make the occasion special, KL Rahul and the two sons of Ajay Harinath Singh, Ankul and Prakul cut a cake. KL Rahul's team will take on Gujarat Giants on March 28 in their inaugural match at Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai. Lucknow Super Giants will play all its matches in Mumbai and Pune. Rahul also signed a few bats and balls for the team supporters.

Ajay Harinath Singh, who is a descendent of the Ikshvaku or Suryavanshi Dynasty of Kshatriyaa clan of Lava (Lord Rama's Son), added, "LSG would bring in Uttar Pradesh in limelight and we see a silver lining for them in IPL. If needed, the Group would extend all kinds of support in future as well. Even though it would be an inaugural edition of IPL for Lucknow Super Giants, under the leadership of super cricketer KL Rahul, the team would perform well and throw big surprises.
LSG Captain KL Rahul was introduced to the entire leadership team of DPGC and he appreciated the DPGC's partnership with the Lucknow team. DPGC Leadership team wished good luck to the team and said that Rahul's players are expected to give their 100% to win the IPL Trophy.
New teams- Gujarat Titans and Lucknow Super Giants- will play for the first time in the 15th edition of the T20 League 2022. KL Rahul will lead the LSG and Hardik Pandya will lead Gujarat Titans.
