Harbhajan Singh has a strong association with Kolkata. The India off-spinner rose to fame and became a household name during the historic Test series against Australia wherein he gave sleepless nights to an all-conquering Australian team. Harbhajan Singh's 13-wicket match-haul in the historic Eden Gardens Test and chart-topping tally of 32 wickets in India's memorable Test series triumph still remains etched in the memories of the fans of the sport. 20 years later, Harbhajan will once again renew his association with the City of Joy as he gears up to represent Kolkata Knight Riders in the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2021. Harbhajan Singh, 40, was bought by KKR at the IPL 2021 auction in February at his base price of Rs 2 crore.
