Royal Challengers Bangalore captain Virat Kohli was reprimanded by the Indian Premier League (IPL) for breaching its code of conduct during their 6-run win over Sunrisers Hyderabad in Chennai on Wednesday. Kohli though escaped any fine or a ban for the offence. Virat Kohli was seen smashing the boundary rope and then a chair at the RCB dug-out after he was dismissed for 33 at a crucial juncture of the former finalists innings in Match 6 of IPL 2021. Kohli vented out his frustration as he failed to carry on after getting a start on a difficult batting pitch at the MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai. According to an IPL release, Virat Kohli accepted to the offence - a Level I breach of the code of conduct.More Related News
