IPL 2021, PBKS vs KKR: Eoin Morgan, who hit a match-winning 47 in Ahmedabad on Monday, sent out a message to fans, urging them to be safe as India battles second wave of Covid-19. Morgan's men ended a 4-match losing streak to jump to the 5th spot on the points table.
Kolkata Knight Riders captain Eoin Morgan urged people to stay safe and follow all necessary protocols, adding that it's important for people to stick together in their fight against the Covid-19 pandemic. After leading KKR to a much-needed victory in Match 21 of IPL 2021 against PBKS in Ahmadabad, the World Cup-winning England skipper sent a message to fans while acknowledging the grim situation outside the bio-bubbles of IPL. Eoin Morgan's message comes hours after KKR pacer Pat Cummins donated $50,000 to PM Cares Fund to help fight India's battle against the second wave of Covid-19. The coronavirus situation continues to be grim in India with 3,52,991 people testing positive and a record 2,812 deaths reported on Monday, April 26. Eoin Morgan, speaking after Kolkata's 6-wicket win over Punjab, said Kolkata Knight Riders are doing their bit in lending a helping hand to the battle against the virus.More Related News
