Former India cricketer Suresh Raina congratulated Rishabh Pant on being named the captain of Delhi Capitals while saying that the wicketkeeper-batsman would be a talismanic leader for DC in IPL 2021.

Delhi Capitals appointed Rishabh Pant as their captain for the upcoming IPL 2021 after Shreyas Iyer was ruled out with a shoulder injury. Iyer had dislocated his left shoulder while fielding during the first ODI against England in Pune earlier this month. Raina, who will be back in action for Chennai Super Kings (CSK), congratulated Pant on being named as the captain of Delhi Capitals.
