IPL 2021: MS Dhoni completes 100 catches for CSK, sets new tournament record

IPL 2021: MS Dhoni took 3 catches for Chennai Super Kings as they restricted Sunrisers Hyderabad to 134/7 in 20 overs in Sharjah on Thursday. Dhoni is on top of the list for a wicketkeeper with most dismissals in the league.

Another day in the Indian Premier League, another record for MS Dhoni. The Chennai Super Kings captain on Thursday became the first player to complete 100 catches for a franchise in the T20 league, getting to the landmark in match 44 of IPL 2021 against Sunrisers Hyderabad in Sharjah.

The former India captain completed his 100th catch for CSK when taking a simple one to dismiss Wriddhiman Saha in Ravindra Jadeja's over against SRH.
