IPL 2021: Kuldeep Yadav back from UAE after sustaining knee injury, may miss most of domestic season

Kuldeep Yadav has reportedly suffered a serious knee injury that has ruled him out of the Indian Premier League (IPL) and could keep him out until the end of the upcoming Ranji Trophy season.
Spinner Kuldeep Yadav's Indian Premier League campaign has been cut short as he has reportedly returned to India from the United Arab Emirates (UAE) after suffering a serious knee injury . Kuldeep, who played with Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR), has also reportedly undergone surgery in Mumbai and could miss much of the Ranji Trophy as well.
Kuldeep, 26, sustained the injury while fielding in a practice session, according to PTI. It will now take him some time before he can get to building strength back with intense physiotherapy sessions at the National Cricket Academy (NCA), followed by light intensity training and finally starting with net sessions.
