Kolkata Knight Riders have roped in New Zealand pacer Tim Southee as a replacement for Australia quick Pat Cummins, who opted out of the second leg of IPL 2021, to be played in the UAE from September 19. Southee has been part of the Rajasthan Royals, the Chennai Super Kings, the Mumbai Indians and the Royal Challengers Bangalore in the past.
