Punjab Kings captain KL Rahul on Sunday expressed his disappointment after Punjab Kings suffered their second successive defeat as Delhi Capitals gunned down the 196-run target to hammer PBKS by 6 wickets at the Wankhede in Mumbai. Notably, Rahul, who celebrated his 29th birthday on Sunday, congratulated Shikhar Dhawan on his majestic 92-run knock but said that victory on his birthday would have been sweet. Chasing 196 for victory, Delhi rode on a whirlwind 92 off 49 balls from Dhawan to register the 2nd highest successful run chase in the IPL at the Wankhede Stadium. Earlier, Punjab Kings rode on Mayank Agarwal's brilliant 69 and KL Rahul's sedate 61 to post 195 for 4 after Rishabh Pant won the toss for Delhi Capitals and opted to bowl in Match 11 of IPL 2021 at Wankhede on Sunday.
