AB de Villiers, who hasn't played competitive cricket since IPL 2020, is putting in the extra hours in training to keep himself fit and match ready for Royal Challengers Bangalore's campaign this season.
Royal Challengers Bangalore vice-captain AB de Villiers is raring to go in the upcoming Indian Premier League 2021 which begins with Virat Kohli's team taking on defending champions Mumbai Indians in Chennai on April 9. The retired de Villiers, who is going to play his 10th season at RCB this year, looks fresh and ready for the tournament after having spent a lot of time in the nets and the gym to prepare for IPL 2021. "I had a nice few training sessions, a lot of fitness, a lot of gym work. I feel ready and I am as young as ever so looking forward to it,” de Villiers said during an appearance on RCB's Bold Diaries.More Related News
