Delhi Capitals assistant coach Mohammad Kaif has stated that leading the franchise in IPL 2021 will take Rishabh Pant's game to the next level.

Former Indian cricketer and Delhi Capitals' assistant coach Mohammad Kaif believes captaincy will take wicket-keeper batsman Rishabh Pant's game to the next level. Kaif also wished the team's regular skipper Shreyas Iyer a speedy recovery after a shoulder injury has ruled him out of the upcoming IPL 2021 that gets underway on April 9. Delhi Capitals recently appointed Rishabh Pant as their captain after regular skipper Shreyas Iyer got ruled of IPL 2021 with a shoulder injury. Pant will have to fill in the big shoes of Iyer, who took DC to their maiden IPL final last season where they lost to Mumbai Indians.
