IPL 2021: CAB to conduct vaccination drive ahead of matches at Eden Gardens in Kolkata

IPL 2021: The Eden Gardens in Kolkata will host matches in the ongoing season from May 9 and the Cricket Association of Bengal has sought permission to vaccinate its members and the ground staff at the iconic stadium.

The Cricket Association of Bengal (CAB) is all set to vaccinate its committee members, and the staff and groundsmen at Eden Gardens on Friday before they host Indian Premier League (IPL) 2021 matches in Kolkata from May 9. According to the Press Trust of India, the West Bengal government has given its permission after an application was made by CAB and AMRI Hospitals after a proper evaluation process, including a site visit. The government hopes to give the first jab to everyone at CAB in the 45-plus age group.
