IPL 2021: Former India cricketer Sunil Gavaskar has said that MS Dhoni deserved to win his 200th match as CSK captain because he was spot on with his fielding and bowling changes.

Former India cricketer Sunil Gavaskar has looked mighty impressed after Chennai Super Kings' 45-run win over Rajasthan Royals (RR) on Monday and hailed MS Dhoni for emerging victorious in his 200th match as team's captain. Gavaskar called Dhoni's captaincy brilliant, saying that 'he was spot on with almost everything'. The 71-year-old also pointed out how MS Dhoni brought in Moeen Ali in the attack when CSK got the opportunity to bowl with a dry ball. Notably, umpires had to change the ball after Jos Buttler hit a massive six in the empty stands of Mumbai's Wankhede Stadium.
