iPhone 14 launch expected this fall: Price, design, and other latest leaks

iPhone 14 is still a couple of months away from its release but the internet is crowded with information about the upcoming iPhone series. Apple is also set to introduce two different chipsets. Out of the four models, the iPhone 14 and the iPhone 14 may use the A15 processor, whereas the iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max is speculated the use the A16 processor.

The latest piece of information reveals that the iPhone 14 Pro models will be pricier than expected. As per the leak by AppleLeaksPro, iPhone 14 will cost the same as the iPhone 13. However, the iPhone 14 Max, which will replace the mini this year, is expected to be priced around $899. The iPhone 14 Pro will start at a price of $1099 whereas the iPhone 14 Pro Max is tipped to be priced at $1199.

The iPhone 14 will feature the same design as the iPhone 13. No major design overhaul is expected. However,the iPhone 14 Max, which will probably replace the Mini, will feature a 6.7-inch display. Whereas the other models will feature the standard 6.1-inch displays.

The iPhone 14 models are speculated to use different processors and two of them could use the A16 processor, which is expected to be the rebranded version of the A15, that powers the iPhone 13 series. As per sources, Apple may rebrand A15 to A16 because of the global chip shortage. It has been reported that the Cupertino-based tech giant is struggling to “manufacture all the A16 and M2 chips they need”.

There might not be any major upgrades in the iPhone 14 cameras. The iPhone 14 is expected to feature the same 12-megapixel camera sensors that are present in the previous iPhone models, including the iPhone 11, iPhone 12, and the iPhone 13. The pro models are expected to get a 48-megapixel primary sensor

The iPhone 14 series is expected to be launched in September 2022. The reports reveal that the phone has already entered trial production.
