With Haryana Governor giving assent to a Bill providing 75 per cent reservation in the private sector to job seekers from the state, industrialists and the Opposition have raised doubts about the feasibility and applicability of the legislation. However, the state's industrialists noted that more trained people were available locally, it would help in filling the gap when other labourers, mainly hired from Uttar Pradesh and Bihar, proceed on leave. It will help in running the units smoothly. Vivek Kapoor, director of Jal Bath Fittings, told India Today that the industry was willing to employ more locals but the requisite skilled workforce was not available.More Related News
