Watson Joseph and Mirianne Pierre of Indiana were both charged with neglect of a dependent after leaving their children in a locked car in 90-degree weather for 45 minutes on Monday.
Parents Mirianne Pierre and Watson Joseph, both 31, were arrested and booked into the Marion County jail on two counts of neglect of a dependent, the outlet reported.
