Doha, Qatar: In an important advisory notice, the Indian Embassy in Doha issued a warning about fraudulent message circulating among the community.
The Embassy issued this warning through its social media account.
It has been brought to the notice of the Embassy of India that a fake message and press release using the embassy’s name has been circulating online, it states.
It further adds that the fake message concerning admissions in Indian schools in Qatar is being circulated among the Indian community in Doha.
The embassy clarifies that it has not issued any such message or press release and has advised members of the public not to entertain any such messages and refrain from revealing any personal information in response.
