To encourage children ahead of the 75th Independence Day, the Indian Army organised a painting competition on Thursday in the border areas of Jammu and Kashmir's Kupwara district. The theme for the competition was aptly selected as 'Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav'. More than 75 children of various age groups from villages in the Macchal area of the Kupwara district in northern Kashmir participated in the competition. It was a first-of-its-kind event for most of the children from these remote regions.More Related News
