Bhuvneshwar Kumar said that he has been focussing on his batting as well in the nets but he feels Hardik Pandya is the best fit for the fast bowling all-rounder's role.

India fast bowler Bhuvneshwar Kumar has said that he is focussing on his batting in the nets as well but feels that Hardik Pandya will fill up the vacant fast bowling all-rounder's slot in the Indian team. Bhuvneshwar, who is India's vice-captain for their limited overs tour of Sri Lanka, has not played a Test match since January 2018. With Hardik Pandya's injury troubles keeping him out of the Test squad, India could play without a fast bowling all-rounder in their upcoming series against England. Pandya is part of the Indian team in Sri Lanka.
