India vs New Zealand: The BlackCaps' head coach Gary Stead said that Martin Guptill is fit and available for Sunday's match after a delivery from Pakistan's Haris Rauf left him with a badly bruised toe in their previous game.
New Zealand's Martin Guptill is fit and available for selection for Sunday's T20 World Cup Super 12 match against India, head coach Gary Stead has said. Guptill suffered a crushing blow to his left toe from a Haris Rauf delivery just before he was dismissed for 17 during New Zealand's five-wicket loss to Pakistan in Sharjah on Tuesday.
"Guppy took a blow on his left foot. It went a different shade of colour for some time but he trained yesterday and he trained again tonight. So he is available and fit for selection," said Stead.
