England-bound India cricketers began arriving in Mumbai in chartered flights from across different parts of the country in the lead up to the UK tour. On Wednesday, India stars, including R Ashwin and women's Test team captain Mithali Raj, were seen posing from the chartered plane organised by the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI). R Ashwin, Mithali Raj, Mohammed Siraj, Mayank Agarwal and Washington Sundar were seen travelling to Mumbai. Notably, Agarwal had driven from Bengaluru to Chennai to board the chartered plane in the latter city. Meanwhile, in a photo shared by Shubman Gill, the India opener can be seen travelling to the airport along with wicketkeeper-batsman Rishabh Pant. A chartered plane is being arranged from Delhi to Mumbai as well. Players who are residing in Mumbai will be allowed to join the rest of their teammates later this week.More Related News
