The Ministry of External Affairs on Tuesday summoned the South Korean envoy over Hyundai Pakistan's post on social media supporting Pakistan's Kashmir Solidarity Day.
The MEA said the message was to express concern over the corporate's behaviour and not to lodge a protest against the country.
The official spokesperson, Arindam Bagchi, in a statement said India's strong displeasure on the unacceptable social media post by Hyundai Pakistan was conveyed to the Indian Ambassador in Seoul.
