India spinner Rahul Chahar marries long-time girlfriend Ishani in ‘dream’ ceremony in Goa

India and Punjab Kings spinner Rahul Chahar tied the knot with his girlfriend Ishani in a grand ceremony in Goa in the lead up to IPL 2022.

India leg-spinner Rahul Chahar tied the knot with his long-time girlfriend Ishani at a grand ceremony in Goa on Wednesday. The 22-year-old took to social media to share photos from his wedding even as congratulatory messages are pouring in for the cricketer and his wife.

"Complementing and completing each other. We can’t thank our family and friends enough for making this day so special. Also, a huge shoutout to the entire team at Goa for making this wedding a dream," Rahul Chahar wrote on social media, sharing photos from the wedding ceremony.

Rahul Chahar was sporting a pearl white sherwani while Ishani was wearing a blue lehenga as the couple were undoubtedly the center of attraction at their wedding ceremony.

Rahul Chahar had also shared a video of from their mehendi ceremony, saying: "Beginning of the semi finals of foreverwith this colourful mehndi , happened last night. As we say love is blooming!!"

Rahul Chahar, who last played for India at the T20 World Cup last year, will be part of Punjab Kings in IPL 2022. The leg-spinner who was part of India A tour of South Africa last year, was bought for Rs 5.25 crore by PBKS.
