India Q4 GDP Growth Forecast: The forecast for the economic growth in the fourth quarter is pegged at 1.3 per cent, with downward bias, based on the bank's nowcasting model.
The country's gross domestic product (GDP) is likely to grow at 1.3 percent in the January-March quarter of the financial year 2020-21 and may witness a contraction of around 7.3 per cent for the entire fiscal year. According to a recent research report by the State Bank of India (SBI), titled 'SBI Ecowrap', the forecast for the economic growth in the fourth quarter is pegged at 1.3 per cent, with downward bias, based on the bank's nowcasting model.
