India registered less than 60,000 daily cases after 81 days, while daily recoveries continue to outnumber the daily new cases for the 38th consecutive day. The top five states that reported the maximum number of Covid-19 cases in the last 24 hours are Kerala with 12,443 cases, followed by Maharashtra with 8,912 cases, Tamil Nadu with 8,183 cases, Karnataka with 5,815 cases and Andhra Pradesh with 5,674 cases.
