India missed Virat Kohli the batter in 2nd Test against South Africa: Ashish Nehra

South Africa vs India: Former fast bowler Ashish Nehra said that while India may have missed Virat Kohli's batting abilities in the second Test in Johannesburg, it can't be said that their intensity on the field dropped because of his absence.
India may have missed captain Virat Kohli's ability with the bat during the second Test against South Africa in Johannesburg but it can't be said that their on-field intensity dropped because of his absence, former fast bowler Ashish Nehra has said. India lose the second Test by seven wickets, with South Africa riding on an unbeaten 96 from captain Dean Elgar to chase down a target of 240.
KL Rahul was captain of the team for the match with Kohli ruled out with a back spasm just hours before the start of play on the first day. "I think first of all, India missed Virat Kohli, the batsman. Yes, they certainly missed his intensity as a captain as well, but I wouldn't say that the team's intensity had gone down because of that. You could hear their voices. Rishabh Pant could be heard constantly, so could Jasprit Bumrah. So if you start talking like that every time India lose, there is no end to it," said Nehra on Cricbuzz.
