Former spinner Maninder Singh said that the way KL Rahul got out in the first innings of the Headingley Test may have created doubts in his mind.
The third Test at Headingley is a lesson for India batsman KL Rahul that he has to carry his good form throughout a series or else he will start doubting his technique, said former spinner Maninder Singh. Rahul, who scored 84 in the first Test and 129 in the second, was dismissed for a duck and eight runs in the third Test. "It can happen to anybody after you had a couple of great Test matches. The way he got out in the first innings started to create doubts in his mind that, am I good enough to bat on these kinds of surfaces where the ball is seaming around and swinging," Maninder said on ESPNCricinfo.More Related News
