Former England captain Michael Atherton believes that with the ferocity in which India has played in the series, they deserved to go 2-0 up. India defeated England by 151 runs at the Lord’s, while the first Test was washed out and ended in a draw, with India needed 154 runs to win on the fifth day.
Former England captain Michael Atherton has heaped praise on Virat Kohli-led Team India ahead of the third Test to be played in Headlingley from August 25.
