India committed to sharing expertise, resources with world in fight against Covid: PM Modi

Batting for the spirit of cooperation and collaboration, PM Modi said the government’s move to make CoWIN open-source was a hallmark of its ‘Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam’ philosophy.

In the battle against Covid-19, India was committed to sharing its experiences, expertise and resources with the global community right from the outset and the CoWIN platform is another step in that direction, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said at the CoWIN Global Conclave on Monday. “There is no parallel to such a pandemic in 100 years. Experience shows that no nation, however powerful that nation is, can solve a challenge like this in isolation... Despite all our constraints, we have tried to share as much as possible with the world,” he said in a virtual address.
