Congress MP Rahul Gandhi participated in a snake boat race exhibition held in Kerala's Alappuzha as the party's Bharat Jodo Yatra entered day 12 on Monday. A video of the snake boat race uploaded by Rahul Gandhi showed him trying his hands at rowing, in sync, with men seated on either sides of the boat.
The Congress leader rowed furiously as his boat raced past the other boats in an attempt to win the race. In another clip shared by ANI, the Gandhi scion was seen smiling as he wiped the water off his face.

"When we all work together in perfect harmony, there is nothing we cannot accomplish," Rahul Gandhi said in a tweet.
Snake boats returned to Punnamada lake earlier this month after a gap of two years as Covid had forced the cancellation of the famed Nehru Trophy Boat Race (NTBR).
