The weather agency has issued a yellow warning for five districts in Odisha and has warned of cold wave-like conditions for the next three days.
The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued a 'yellow' alert in several parts of Odisha and has warned of cold wave-like conditions for the next three days. As per the weather agency, districts such as Jharsuguda, Bargarh, Sonepur, Sambalpur and Bolangir may experience cold waves on January 4 and 5. Even on Saturday, there was a further drop in the minimum temperature at most places in the state.
