A migrant convicted of murder in Venezuela was arrested by ICE agents while living in a state-funded migrant shelter housing facility on Cape Cod, Massachusetts.
Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) Boston arrested Gotopo-Lopez on Oct. 27 at a migrant housing facility on Joint Base Cape Cod in Bourne. Sarah Rumpf-Whitten is a breaking news writer for Fox News Digital and Fox Business.
