It’s time for International Indian Film Academy Awards (IIFA)! IIFA is usually set in exotic locations with the who’s who huddled under one roof for awards, performances, skits and so much more. The most-awaited award ceremony is back after a two-year break due to the Covid-19 pandemic. While stars such as Salman Khan, Jacqueline Fernandez, Shahid Kapoor, and others have already flown to Abu Dhabi, the award ceremony will go on for two days, June 3 and 4. Before the two big days, we are here to tell you all about IIFA 2022.
This year marks the 22nd IIFA Awards. Did you know the first-ever IIFA took place in London? And the upcoming IIFA Awards will take place on June 3 and 4. An IIFA Weekend Press Conference took place on June 2. The venue is Etihad Arena, Yas Island, Abu Dhabi.
The main IIFA event on June 4 will be hosted by Salman Khan, Ritesh Deshmukh and Maniesh Paul. The IIFA Rocks event on June 3 will see Farah Khan and Aparshakti Khurana turn emcees.
The main IIFA 2022 event will be one starry affair. The performer's line-up includes Abhishek Bachchan, Shahid Kapoor, Tiger Shroff, Kartik Aaryan, Sara Ali Khan, Ananya Panday, Divya Khosla Kumar and Nora Fatehi. IIFA Rocks Performers will be Devi Sri Prasad, Tanishk Bagchi, Guru Randhawa, Honey Singh, Neha Kakkar, Dhvani Bhanushali, Zahrah S Khan, Dhvani Bhanushali, Asees Kaur and Ash King.
Mithun Chakraborty, Boney Kapoor, Madhuri Dixit, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Lara Dutta, Tamannaah Bhatia, Nargis Fakhri, Bobby Deol, Urvashi Rautela, Arjun Rampal, Sanya Malhotra and others, will attend IIFA 2022.
Well, ‘IIFA on Colors’ is trending for sure on Twitter and the channel is also the satellite partner of IIFA Awards 2022. The awards show will also stream on live TV on the same channel, though there hasn’t been any official announcement yet.
