IGNOU PG Diploma in Sindhi-Hindi-Sindhi Translation launched

The School of Translation Studies and Training (SOTST), IGNOU, has launched a Postgraduate Diploma in Sindhi-Hindi-Sindhi Translation (PGDSHST).
IGNOU has launched a new post-graduate diploma programme in Sindhi-Hindi-Sindhi Translation. The School of Translation Studies and Training (SOTST) has started a Postgraduate Diploma in Sindhi-Hindi-Sindhi Translation (PGDSHST). The announcement of this programme was made on the occasion of International Mother Language Day.
The PG Diploma in Sindhi-Hindi-Sindhi Translation programme was launched by Professor Nageswara Rao, Vice-Chancellor, IGNOU. He highlighted the importance of the mother language.
NEP has increased the percentage of early education to children in mother languages, said Prof Aquil Ahmad, Director.
Prof Ravi Prakash Tekchandani, Dean, Delhi University, was also present at the event. He said Sindhi language has enriched its vocabulary in India and the world. He also said that the course will not only be useful for Sindhi people but can also be accessed by the non-Sindhi people.
