Idukki Collector to address complaints through Facebook
Idukki District Collector V. Vigneshwari has launched an initiative to help public submit their complaints on social media. Every Wednesday from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m., she would respond to the grievances posted by the people on her official Facebook page.
The public can also lodge complaints about issues related to public services. The Collector will contact the respective government departments and find a solution to the complaints,” said an official.
“Considering the tough terrain of the district, the new system would help the public in the hill district raise their complaints and suggestions through social media easily,” said the official.
