An illegal immigrant from El Salvador previously convicted of child sex abuse was apprehended this month by Enforcement and Removal Operations officers in Maryland.
"Luis Portillo-Henriquez has been convicted of sexually abusing a Maryland child," ERO Baltimore Field Office Director Matthew Elliston said in a statement following the arrest.
