ICC T20I Rankings: While Virat Kohli and KL Rahul have slipped to 5th and 8th spots, respectively, Bangladesh all-rounder Shakib Al Hasan returned to the top spot in all-rounder's rankings updated on Wednesday.
Pakistan captain Babar Azam is closing in on the top spot of ICC Men's T20I Rankings for batters after a fine start to his T20 World Cup campaign at the top of the batting order for Pakistan. Babar, who is currently at the 2nd spot, is just 11 rating points behind leader Dawid Malan of England.
Meanwhile, India captain Virat Kohli has slipped from the 4th to the 5th spot despite a valiant half-century in India's loss to Pakistan in their T20 World Cup Super 12 opener. Opener KL Rahul, who fell early to Shaheen Afridi, has slipped two spots to 8th on the batting charts in the shortest format of the game.
