ICC launches T20 World Cup anthem composed by Amit Trivedi, animated video film features Kohli and Pollard

A total of 16 countries, featuring the sport’s biggest names and best teams, will compete in the T20 World Cup in the UAE amid the COVID-19 pandemic.

The International Cricket Council (ICC) launched the T20 World Cup anthem on Thursday along with a film featuring ‘avatars’ of India captain Virat Kohli and West Indies skipper Kieron Pollard among others.

The tournament will begin on October 17 in Oman and UAE, with the final to be played in Dubai on November 14.
