I think he is from Scheduled Caste, says NCSC vice-chairman after meeting NCB's Sameer Wankhede

After meeting NCB's Sameer Wankhede on Saturday, the vice-chairman of the National Commission for Scheduled Castes said, "I think he is from a scheduled caste."

Sameer Wankhede, zonal director of the Mumbai unit of the Narcotics Control Bureau, met the vice-chairman of the National Commission for Scheduled Castes (NCSC) in Mumbai on Saturday and handed over an application to him.
