For Yoni Asher, all sense of time stopped on October 7 when his wife and two daughters were taken hostage by Hamas during its surprise attack on Israel.
"I don't work, don't sleep. I eat the minimum to survive," the exhausted 37-year-old in a black T-shirt and necklace told a group of journalists.
