Hyderabad: Woman techie arrested for selling ganja to software engineers

A 24-year-old woman techie involved in selling ganja to software engineers in the city has been arrested by the sleuths of the Hyderabad Narcotic Enforcement Wing (H-NEW) jointly with Bowenpally Police.
The sleuths of the Hyderabad Narcotic Enforcement Wing (H-NEW) along with Bowenpally Police arrested a 24-year-old woman techie involved in selling ganja to software engineers in the city.
The woman, identified as Mansi, wife of Madan manekar, is an IT professional who hails from Nagpur, Maharasthra and was absconding for the past 15 days.
Police had received information that the woman had come to Kompally to meet her associate.
Acting on a tip-off, police laid a trap and it was on March 12 that the police caught Mansi, her husband Madan and two other associates while they were selling drugs to IT employees.
Probe revealed that the couple used to procure ganja from Araku in the Visakhapatnam Agency area in Andhra Pradesh, following which they used to sell it to other techies in Hyderabad.
